To extend this mission, we partner with affiliated Bible Institutes that uphold our standards, values, and academic integrity. The following guidelines and procedures outline the requirements and expectations for all Bible Institutes operating under affiliation with Aenon Bible College.
All affiliated institutes must:
✅ Affirm and uphold the core beliefs, doctrinal standards, and biblical values of Aenon Bible College.
✅ Provide instruction consistent with the Holy Scriptures, emphasizing sound doctrine, spiritual formation, and ministry preparation.
✅ Avoid promoting teachings, practices, or ideologies contrary to biblical truth or the mission of Aenon Bible College.
Affiliated Bible Institutes are required to:
✅Operate under the structure as outlined by Aenon Bible College
✅ Operate under legally recognized structures, in compliance with local, state, and national laws.
✅ Maintain accurate records of student enrollment, attendance, academic progress, and graduation.
✅ Submit annual reports to Aenon Bible College, including enrollment data, faculty qualifications, and program outcomes.
✅ Notify Aenon Bible College of significant changes in leadership or institutional structure.
All affiliated institutes must:
✅ Follow Aenon Bible College’s approved curriculum; no alternative curricula can be used.
✅ Maintain academic integrity, including appropriate assessments, grading standards, and learning outcomes.
✅ Recommend qualified instructors who are approved by Aenon Bible College with proven biblical knowledge, ministry experience, and a commitment to Christian education.
✅ Ensure adequate classroom facilities, resources, and learning materials are available to students.
Students enrolled in affiliated institutes:
✅ Are expected to maintain high standards of conduct, character, and spiritual growth.
✅ Will have access to academic support, spiritual mentorship, and opportunities for ministry involvement.
✅ Are eligible to receive certificates or licenses recognized by Aenon Bible College, provided program requirements are met.
Institute faculty and leaders must:
✅ Must be approved by Aenon Bible College and demonstrate spiritual maturity, integrity, and a lifestyle that reflects Christian values.
✅ Possess appropriate academic credentials and ministry experience as outlined by Aenon Bible College.
✅ Participate in Aenon Bible College’s leadership development sessions, trainings, or conferences as required.
✅ Commit to fostering an environment of respect, unity, and biblical accountability.
To ensure excellence and accountability:
✅ Aenon Bible College reserves the right to conduct periodic site visits, evaluations, or virtual reviews of affiliated institutes.
✅ Areas of focus include academic quality, student satisfaction, facility standards, and overall alignment with Aenon’s mission.
✅ Affiliates must cooperate fully with evaluations and implement recommended improvements within the designated timeframe.
Affiliated institutes may:
✅ Publicly state their affiliation with Aenon Bible College in promotional materials, provided it is clear they are independently operated.
✅ Use approved Aenon Bible College logos and branding materials in accordance with Aenon’s branding guidelines.
✅ May not represent themselves as direct campuses of Aenon Bible College, only as an affiliate of Aenon Bible College.
Affiliation may be suspended or terminated if:
✅ The institute fails to comply with these guidelines.
✅ There are consistent violations of academic, ethical, or doctrinal standards.
✅ There is evidence of misconduct, misrepresentation, or actions that harm the reputation of Aenon Bible College.
In the event of termination, students' academic records will be reviewed to determine eligibility for transfer or recognition of completed coursework.
✅ Bible Institutes seeking affiliation must complete an official application and provide the required documentation.
✅ Affiliations are reviewed annually to ensure ongoing compliance and quality.
✅ Renewal of affiliation is subject to satisfactory evaluations, reports, and adherence to these guidelines.
