Pastor's Academy Program
The Pastors Academy at Aenon Bible College is a comprehensive leadership development program designed to equip, empower, and prepare men and women for effective pastoral ministry. Rooted in biblical principles, theological soundness, and practical ministry training, the Academy provides a structured pathway for emerging and existing pastors to grow spiritually, intellectually, and practically.
The Pastors Academy focuses on developing servant leaders who are committed to spiritual integrity, sound doctrine, effective preaching, compassionate care, and excellence in ministry administration.
Affiliation and Accountability
Aenon Bible College operates under the covering and guidelines of the Pentecostal Assemblies of the World, Inc. (PAW). Pastors and District Elders certified through this program are expected to represent the standards of holiness, sound doctrine, and ministerial integrity upheld by Aenon Bible College and PAW.

Program Requirements:
To successfully complete the Pastor’s Academy, participants must:
● Be a committed believer
● Demonstrate a clear calling to ministry
● Complete all required coursework with satisfactory academic performance
● Associate Ministers preparing for pastoral leadership
● Existing Pastors/Elders seeking to be elevated in the PAW
● Uphold the standards, ethics, and moral expectations of Aenon Bible College and affiliated ministries
Course Framework:
● Classes are organized in a cohort format
● Specific time for enrollment (a) Spring and (b) Winter
● Timeframe of 12 months for completion
● Courses are designed in modules of eight (8) weeks
● The delivery model is hybrid (virtual platforms and in-person)
● Credit toward a degree or certification program

Transfer Credit:
Aenon Bible College is committed to helping students maximize their transfer credits. If you have earned college credit from an approved, accredited institution, we will evaluate your past credits and apply them where possible. We value what you have learned. However, the credit transfer is at the discretion of the receiving institution.
