Lay Worker Certification
The Lay Worker Program at Aenon Bible College is designed to empower and equip faithful believers to serve effectively within their local churches and communities. This program provides foundational biblical knowledge, practical ministry skills, and spiritual development for those who may not hold formal ministry titles but are called to serve in the Kingdom of God.
Lay workers play a vital role in the life of the church, and this program ensures they are prepared, confident, and effective in their service, whether in teaching, outreach, administration, or other ministry capacities.

● Personal Spiritual Development and Discipleship
Examples of a Lay-Worker:
● Pastoral care providers (visit the sick, elderly, and jail….)
● Leads small prayer groups
● Deacon
● Teacher in Sunday School or children’s ministry
Non-Preachers who are presently serving in ministries and holding local papers (fellowships papers) “Will Not” be required to take the required courses. They are “Required “to complete the annual professional development.
