The Episcopacy Formation provides a structured theological, administrative, and pastoral education for candidates preparing for bishopric leadership. This training model aligns with biblical standards of leadership, historical episcopal traditions, and modern organizational governance needs while ensuring that all bishops are competent in theology, church administration, financial stewardship, and crisis management.
The Episcopal Formation Program at Aenon Bible College is a specialized training track designed to prepare qualified leaders for the sacred office of the Bishop. This program provides comprehensive theological, spiritual, and practical instruction to ensure that those called to episcopal ministry are equipped to serve with excellence, accountability, and apostolic effectiveness.
Rooted in biblical principles, historical church tradition, and contemporary leadership strategies, the program focuses on shaping bishops who lead with humility, spiritual maturity, and administrative competence.
Affiliation and Accountability
Aenon Bible College operates under the covering and guidelines of the Pentecostal Assemblies of the World, Inc. (PAW). Suffragan Bishops/ Bishops who attend this program are expected to represent the standards of holiness, sound doctrine, and ministerial integrity upheld by Aenon Bible College and PAW

Program Requirements
To successfully complete the Episcopacy Formation Program, participants must:
● Be a committed believer
● Demonstrate a clear calling to ministry
● Complete all required coursework with satisfactory academic performance
● Existing Bishops desiring continued development
● Suffragan Bishops preparing for episcopal ministry
● Suffragan Bishops seeking to be elevated in the PAW
● Uphold the standards, ethics, and moral expectations of Aenon Bible College and affiliated ministries
Course Framework:
● Classes are organized in a cohort format
● Specific time for enrollment (a) Spring and (b) Winter
● Timeframe of 3-4 years of coursework + final episcopal review.
● Total Courses: 19 required courses + final practicum and mentorship.
● The delivery model is hybrid (virtual platforms and in-person)
